Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once we have received your authorization and charged your credit card. You will be issued a booking confirmation sheet, with complete details of your booking. Please check the details carefully when you receive this, and notify us immediately of any errors or corrections that need to be made.

Cancellation Policy

If your excursion is cancelled by BOA, due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical failure or other factors, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your excursion more than 48 hours before your departure time and date, you will be entitled to a full refund.

If you cancel your excursion more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours before your departure time and date, you will be entitled to a 50% refund.

If you cancel your excursion less than 24 hours before your departure time and date, you will not be entitled to any refund.
